www.filedormantaccounts.co.uk ("we", "us", "our") is an online filing service that enables company directors and authorised persons to file Dormant Company Accounts ("DCA", also known as form AA02) with Companies House.
We are not part of GOV.UK, Companies House or HMRC.
We provide:
a self-service platform
you use our online software to submit your own Dormant Company Accounts to Companies House using your own Authorisation Code
you are responsible for the accuracy and compliance of your filings
we do not hold or manage your funds or store financial payment information
ICO registration relates to general data protection of non-sensitive and publicly available information
HMRC AML registration relates to our internal compliance processes, not providing financial or banking services
By using our service, you confirm:
the company is eligible to file dormant accounts
the company has had no significant accounting transactions in the relevant period
you are authorised to submit accounts on behalf of the company
the information you provide is true, complete and accurate
you provide a valid Companies House Authentication Code
We are not responsible for incorrect details you submit.
We submit dormant company accounts the same day they are completed and paid for. Companies House processing times vary, but will normally approve your dormant company accounts filing within 48 hours of receipt.
The fee for filing dormant accounts is clearly stated at checkout. Prices are fixed. No hidden fees.
You accept that filings may be rejected by Companies House for reasons including incorrect information, ineligibility, failure to comply with ID verification requirements or an invalid authentication code.
We are not accountants or legal advisors. Our service is administrative-only. Nothing on this website constitutes tax, legal, or accounting advice.
We will not be liable for:
penalties or fines issued to the company
losses arising from inaccurate information submitted by you
delays or failures from Companies House
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
If your dormant accounts filing is rejected by Companies House due to an error on our part, and we are unable to resolve the issue, we will refund you in full. Please see our Refunds Policy for full details.
